Delete Branch "device-neutrality"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
With this PR we want to structure in our website the first pages for our Device Neutrality activity.
There are two pages. The main page of the activity and another one specific for our involvemente with the DMA's legislative process.
Besides, there are other necessary elements to integrate the pages into the website.
LGTM! Just added one commit changing the donate links to the recommended tag. The rest is trailing whitespaces which is done automatically by my editor.
