This is continue of #2755
That pull request was corrupted because of my mistakes in commiting an other changes to master branch. the "Manually merged" status of it is wrong. I think it is a bug.

Please merge this.

Some minuts ago, Persian translation published and it seems that it completely become RTL. It is awful!
This patch is for when The whole page is LTR and only the contents become RTL (if needed). So it is unsuable now! The site should be completely redesign. I close this.
