feat(docbook): simplified colophon

My proposal for publisher and ISBN numbers is to increase the chance of consistent layout across languages for these. I am not convinced it will have that effect anyway, as most translation teams…

I would keep information about isbn number and publisher. I agree that the rest of the information can be removed from the default case.

From where do the current English text originate? Is it the content of the Stark Press book? How did they manage to fit it on one page?
