+    <p>FSF Europe crede fortemente in una visione europea e ha cercato di 
+    creare una associazione veramente europea. Sfortunatamente ci<63> non
+    <20> ancora giuridicamente possibile nell'Unione Europea, a maggior ragione se
+    si considerano i paesi che non fanno parte dell'Unione.</p>
+
+    <p>Quindi <20> stato necessario trovare una struttura modulare, in cui
+    organizzazioni locali sono collegate, attraverso i membri, la costituzione e
+    delle linee guida, a un'organizzazione centrale, il &quot;fulcro&quot;, che <20>
+    il corpo principale della FSF Europe. Questo fulcro <20> rappresentato da 
+    un'associazione senza scopo di lucro registrata in Germania.</p>
