Add LibreTranslate and Markdown support

Webpreview is not LibreJS compliant, we could work on that on another PR.

Looks like CORS is not set-up to allow others to reference the fsfe.org CSS (https://fsfe.org/look/fsfe.min.css). I would keep it as is for now, we can work on that in a future PR
