https://publiccode.eu/openletter now redirects all languages to the English open letter instead of returning a 404.

This redirect does not respect the language of the referring page. For some languages, translated versions of the open letter are available and should be used instead.

For the static websites, this has already been fixed and the links now point to the dedicated language versions: FSFE/fsfe-website#5963
This does not need to be fixed for other legacy sites.
