Auto-import news from fsfe.org with a certain tag #2

In one of the sections, or behind a "resource", visitors should be able to see the latest news with the yet-to-be-introduced "pmpc" tag from fsfe.org.

We could grep them from the tagged pages overview on fsfe.org. It would be better to have a dedicated overview of one certain tag, or an RSS feed for each tag. AFAIK this is on Paul's todo list but not completed yet.

However, we could periodically auto-grep the latest news, take the headline, first paragraph, and date, write this into a HTML file that is then included with a nightly Hugo build.

Waiting for Paul to finish the separate pages for certain tags (currently all tags are on one page which is quite a mess)

I hope that tag-specific RSS feeds will be introduced as well but we can also grep/xpath the HTML websites.

We solved that with the resource boxes, that should be sufficient
