Can't divide by 0 currency conversion #30

Command: ./result/bin/run-pipeline --first-month 2023-08 --last-month 2023-09

Reason for this:
When getting rates from API it returns the rates and there is an error for the BGN currency it's just 0.0 which technically exists but we can not divide by...
