Structural Information

The vision of FSF Europe incorporates a strong belief in
the European vision - therefore we sought to create a truly
European association. Unfortunately there is still no legal basis
for this in the EU; especially when taking the non-EU European
countries in account.

Therefore a modular structure had to be found in which local
chapters are attached by constitution, guidelines and members to a
central organization, often referred to as the "Hub,"
which is the main body of the FSF Europe. This Hub (by
happenstance) turned out to be a charitable, registered
association in Germany.

All members listed above are members of that Hub.
