<p>De A2K dynamische coalitie werd opgericht tijdens het <a

Athene, Griekenland</a>. De <a

href="https://lists.fsfe.org/pipermail/wsis-pct/2006-November/001192.html">eerste
|
|
aankondiging </a> staat online. De eerste discussies vonden plaats in Athene tijdens de
|
|
<a href="http://ipjustice.org/wp/campaigns/internet-governance/igf/382/">IGF 2006 Workshop
|
|
on Access to Knowledge (A2K) and Online Freedom of Speech</a>. De FSFE is een van de
|
|
oprichters van de DCOS, en FSFE-voorzitter <a href="/about/people/greve/">Georg Greve</a> is lid
|
|
van de waarnemende stuurgroep.</p>
