Currently implements both a format hook to remove white-space paragraphs, and a check to make their existence a critical failure. In the end may implement only one or none of these, subject to major design changes. Johannes Näder, FSFE Project Manager, will give a talk on "Free Software for German administrations? The 'Sovereign Workplace' conundrum" ("Freie Software für Deutschlands Verwaltungen? Rätsel um den 'Souveränen Arbeitsplatz'"). This talk and most of the conference will be held in German. You do not need to buy a ticket, nor to register. Just drop by! </p>
