Currently implements both a format hook to remove white-space paragraphs, and a check to make their existence a critical failure. In the end may implement only one or none of these, subject to major design changes. The first will take place on the 31st of October and discribe the work of Free Software Foundation Europe (FSFE) and some of our current projects. Shane will also provide an overview of Free Software software licences, practical compliance issues, the importance of truly Open Standards and and the work of FSFE's Freedom Task Force.
