15.
Started in January 1999, the Brave GNU World is a monthly column
16. which has been released in nine languages[<a
17. href="#languages">*] on the web and printed in the German
18. "Linux-Magazin," the "Linux Magazine" U.K., "Microsoftware" (a large
19. computer magazine in Korea) and the "Linux-Magazine" in France. That
20. might just make it the monthly column with the widest distribution
21. worldwide.

22.
The column was written by Georg Greve,
23. at that time President of FSFE, also for people with limited technical
24. background or limited knowledge about Free Software and the GNU
25. Project backgrounds and tried to give insights into different projects
26. or developments from the GNU point of view.
