  8. <h1>Heiki “Repentinus” Lõhmus</h1>
  9. <p>
  10. Repentinus became involved with FSFE in 2011 as a translator. His
  11. focus has shifted over time to website management, the Fellowship,
  12. and our campaigns.
  13. </p>
  14. <p>
  15. His work on the various websites FSFE hosts has concentrated on
  16. translatability. He has been working on both making as much of the
  17. content on FSFE websites translatable as possible, and giving our
  18. translators the tools they need to get the job done, his latest and
  19. current priority.
  20. </p>

  22. In <a href="/news/2013/news-20130319-01.html">March 2013</a>,
  23. Repentinus was elected the
  24. <a href="http://fellowship.fsfe.org/">Fellowship</a> Representative
  25. for the following two years. As the Fellowship Representative,
  26. Repentinus has been working to improve the infrastructure for the
  27. Fellows and encourage them to become more involved in our affairs.
  28. </p>
  29. <p>
  30. Furthermore, as part of his duties as the Fellowship Representative
  31. he has attended events organised by our local groups; due to the
  32. European geography, this has been thus far limited to local groups
  33. operating in the UK, where Repentinus is currently studying
  34. aeronautical engineering at the University of Glasgow.
  35. </p>
  36. <p>
  37. In regard to our campaigns, Repentinus has been responsible for
  38. contacting public institutions in his native Estonia as part of our
  39. <a href="/campaigns/pdfreaders/pdfreaders.en.html">Free Software PDF Readers campaign</a>.
  40. In addition, he has been responding to many of the enquiries we
  41. receive about the campaign.
  42. </p>
  43. <p>
  44. He has also engaged in various other activities he finds interesting
  45. or beneficial to our Fellows or users in general. Furthermore, he
  46. always welcomes an opportunity to hear from our Fellows, volunteers,
  47. or potential volunteers, so drop him a line!
