This is the updated French translation of fsfe.org/index.fr.xhtml (version 3 to 4) and the missing translations in global/data/texts/texts.fr.xml (version 2 to 4)

It is ~~fully ready~~ for review and be merged if no issues are found.

Fix: reordered the texts and removed useless text

Reordered the texts to match the .en file and removed the seemingly
unused 'outdated' text translation. This should fix the checks failing
due to an id shift and miss order of some other.

I am so sorry for the long delay!

In #6060 was another version increase to the index page :/ any chance we could already update to version 5?

And same for the other file :/ #6056

No problem for the delay. I updated both file to version 5.

For index.fr.xhtml I took the existing updated version and applied my translations and correction to the new carousel. It had a minor grammatical error and some odd phrasing.

And by the looks of it, all technical checks passed. So it should be good to merge if everything is good on your part,
