If there's already RTL support (For Arabic/Persian) we can use that, otherwise we can go ahead, merge it and deal with the RTL issues as we go, the users will be able to read but the supporting design is going to look weird.

Almost - but I think it looks good. I think there are hundreds of places where RTL in not implemented correctly and the page looks off; however we can build on that later I guess.

If you add the missing </a>we can merge the PR :)
