This changes where the output dirs of status generation should really be, so some other stuff should be modified to reflect this.

Namely
FSFE/fsfe-local-build#7

and
fsfe-system-hackers/build-server#9

Notably sending status reports to the wrong place wont break anything or cause errors, they just wont be seen on the status build page
