I've also removed the "bulk" mode since I assume that I was the only user (and even I preferred the other commands once I had implemented them).

One bug that did not fix (but that was already present before) is that removing tags will cause empty lines to be added. If we make the assumption that only one tag is allowed per line, then this could easily be fixed, though.
