Currently, the event submission button is visible only after one goes to the Events section. Placing the "Add an event" button also on the front page, right next to the title "Events" will increase the tool's visibility, which should lead to increase of the number of submissions.

The same solution coudld be reused at https://fsfe.org/events/ instead of having it in the side-bar

Fixed by PR #929. I have added the text rather than the button to give more context
