Events submission tool page: "add another event" after submission is completed #893

This is the page that loads after an event is being submitted: https://fsfe.org/cgi-bin/registerevent.php
Currently, the page does not offer the possibility to go back to the event submission tool. That means, if anyone would like to submit more than one event, they should go back to the home page, scroll down to the event section and only when clicking on "events" can look for the submission tool.
It would be much more user friendly and logical to have the "add another event" button available at the above-mentioned link

We should also add a sentence like "if this event was not submitted in English, please consider to also announce an English version so you event will end up on our front-page"

This could easily be added in templates/registerevent/success.en.xhtml, and having translations for that would be even better!
