the right column of the news-page

shall be updated to

have a better look, including buttons (nl, rss etc), see also the press-page for reference to buttons: https://fsfe.org/press/press.en.html
change order: first the newsletter, then press release
add a notice about the press page (?)
maybe reuse the "support the fsfe" frame from the front-page below, see #624
attach the frames to move along while scrolling
