Improve the CSS to have news-pages (for example https://fsfe.org/news/2018/news-20181024-01.en.html) showing a visible introduction-paragraph. We do already tag the introduction with a "newsteaser" tag but we only use then the paragraph as a teaser for the front-page.

We should also use the same tag to visualize the introduction on its own page (do not create a new one). For example, the introduction text could be bold and maybe font-size 1.1

This could be the same as the teasers on the normal pages, e.g. https://fsfe.org/activities/radiodirective/

It could also be inspired by teasers on various online news pages.

thanks for the proposal. The introduction text at https://fsfe.org/activities/radiodirective/ doesn't convince me, it is too less different from the body text imho.
