it was proposed to integrate a tag-line below the moving slider that says what FSFE stands for in one sentence, like "empowering people to control technology"

this activity should start with a discussion / brainstorming round about the actual tag-line to use and in a second step think about a design-frame to visualize it.

Please be aware, that whatever we choose, we have to ratify such a tag-line afterwards with our team@lists.fsfe.org !

Ideally, we should put the text under /tools/texts-**.xml to make it usable on other sites on fsfe.org as well.

Cool, thanks! I like the larger text (proposal 1) more because it's a bit more prominent.

What do others think? Everything is better than the current state which leaves visitors without information, but on the other hand it's an important design decision. So please share your opinion :)

@mweimann Thank you for your work on this. As @max.mehl I would also be in favor of the larger text for the same reason.
