Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
There is a FontAwesome fork which seems to have better licencing terms for its symbols. We might consider using it: https://forkawesome.github.io/Fork-Awesome/
From a quick look, it seems like the licensing terms of FontAwesome are prefectly fine and actually the same as ForkAwesome. The reasons for the fork seems to be that FontAwesome refused some patches in the past - something which I don't consider an evil thing in itself...
Right, then I misread it from a posting I saw.
ForkAwesome seems to have a few interesting icons though, e.g. Diaspora and gnu-social, which we use in the social share buttons. But yes, this is low-priority.
I think we can make a decision here based on the amount and selection of icons the different projects offer. FontAwesome has gained a lot more icons, but now also some paid pro features.
So we can think about whether we would like to migrate to a more community-based project. I personally don't have a strong opinion.
The license from Font Awesome is okay for us. If there is no real need to change that I would close this issue soon.
Yep, makes sense, thanks for digging this up :)
