OK wow, these link do not make sense at all. All link to the file itself.

I think, the intent was to link to the footnote. For this, the links in the text should have an id for back-reference, see e.g. this file.

But this here is an extremely old page. Therefore, to save us this hassle, may I ask you to remove all these links to the file itself? It's still functional this way, we just remove a (non-working) back-reference to the text.
