The actual donation page https://my.fsfe.org/donate does not contain much information. This is on purpose, so we do not distract donors from the actual donation process. So I plan to create a separate page which contains all the information which might be interesting or important for a potential donor, like:
Short explanation of the process (why do I have to give you my email address, where can I enter my address for the donation receipt etc.)
Information about tax deductability and information that the donation receipts will be sent at the end of the year
Link to supporter/donor graphics donors can use
Explanation of Gold/Silber/Bronze levels and link to thankgnus page
Explanation of the supporter concept
Link to download the current "Freistellungsbescheid"

> Maybe we can also add the Amazon plug-in and bookzilla and also offer the possibilty for Hardware support (I think we had this with the servers, no?)
For your first points, that would be https://wiki.fsfe.org/Activities/SupportPrograms. Definitely good if we spread this link
We should also mention the donation related information from the transparency commitment, like when we have to list the donation (mention that in general we want to mention them).

Great! Perhaps it's worth to also add info on payment methods (e.g. which ones we support, and which not for which reasons).
