Delete Branch "%!s(<nil>)"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
It's a bit hurdensome to have to create a 16:9 ratio image for every news item.
My proposal is to make the CSS crop the image automatically to this ratio.
I remember that we've already discussed that when we introduced the news item images, and we decided against it because of the risk that it would end up with decapitated people or other similarly ugly cuts.
I agree that this might happen, but in such cases we could still fix this manually by uploading another image. The danger of mis-arranged heights if someone forgets about the ratio is higher IMHO.
