The RC/CC form (/internal/rc) has a few minor issues, reported by @mk:

  • Sometime, carriage return symbols seem to occur (^M). Investigate how this can happen
  • The date format between pd and rc differs. Find out where exactly, and unify it (MK prefers YYYY-MM-DD)
  • We do CC reports monthly now, so get rid of quarters and add months like with RCs

As to the date format, please use YYYY-MM-DD rather than YYYY.MM.DD.

I corrected the date format for per diems in ccccdf6f36, but for the carriage return symbols, I think it's best to have an example, and to investigate how this happened.

My assumption is that it was caused by copying text from a file in the Windows format (CR+LF). But before adding some replacements blindly, I'd rather want to see that happen again to test things throughly @mk.

So I'll close this here.
