New fields would be:

"staff responsible": yes/no
"responsible": name of the person responsible for the event
"staff participation": yes/no
"tags": (Erik was thinking about tags like booth, conference, local meeting, talk, ...)

talking about tags: It would be good to have a list of tags that you can "check", so people know what tags "exist" and that they use regular ones. These should be:
[] booth
[] conference
[] local meeting
[] talk

In addition, it would be good to have an empty field to put in tags as you like.
