Adding support for subsites in the build system for same global site

If there is an XSL template in any directory with the same name as the
directory, e.g. the directory is called "foo" and there is a file in
that directory called "foo/foo.xsl", this stylesheet will replace the
global stylesheet "/fsfe.xsl".
