ato 24a8cb3051 - Clearing up formatting. 
- Fixing URIs.  (No URIs should be absolute, in the sense that they
  include the DSN.)
- Fixing more URIs.  (URIs should not contain a specific translation's
  language code.  The build script takes care of this.)
