kirschner 5bc313d6f8 At the GNU Hackers meeting in Göteburg someone from the Hackers made me aware 
that we have removed the link to GNU from past versions. So I am now updating
all pages which are not outdated.

kirschner 7dd79a25d2 Now the new join procedure is much better. And we have the text at the top: 
You can read more about the Fellowship here (http://fellowship.fsfe.org/)

So it is now better to directly to go the join page. As soon as the join pages
are translated we can directly point to the translated pages.

reinhard bd0b8a7772 The big spring clean: Removed last remains from prehistoric build systems (like 
"DOCTYPE" or "html lang=" or "begin page content" or "timestamp begin").
Changed h2 into h1 on a few occasions. Removed some very old outdated
translations. Updated some other translations where the update was trivial.
Changed FSF Europe into FSFE where I stumbled over it.
