Το Ίδρυμα Ελεύθερου Λογισμικού Ευρώπης (FSFE) είναι μια μη κερδοσκοπική οργάνωση που δίνει την δύναμη στους χρήστες ώστε να ελέγχουν την τεχνολογία. Για να εμπνεύσει στην νεότερη γενιά την ελευθερία λογισμικού, το FSFE οργανώνει τον διαγωνισμό προγραμματισμού ‘Youth Hacking 4 Freedom' (YH4F), όπου οι έφηβοι από όλη την Ευρώπη έχουν την ευκαιρία να συναγωνιστούν με ένα δίκαιο και διασκεδαστικό τρόπο.
