<h2>Digital Markets Act</h2>
<p>Sono state affrontate anche le attuali proposte di legge. Vittorio Bertola ha tenuto l'intervento "Software Libero, interoperabilità e il Digital
Markets Act" proponendo nuovi regolamenti europei per aprire le piattaforme dominanti. La Commissione Europea ha recentemente proposto nuovi regolamenti
(DSA/DMA/DGA) per proteggere la democrazia e ripristinare l'apertura e la competizione. L'intervento ha introdotto questi regolamenti e le loro basi economiche e politiche; si è poi focalizzato su un punto specifico, l'obbligo di interoperabilità delle piattaforme dominanti con terze parti, anche se solo in casi limitati, utilizzando come esempio la messaggistica e i canali social. </p>

<h2>Cultura del Software Libero</h2>
<p>Deb Nicholson e Hong Phuc Dang si sono chiesti se la cultura del Software Libero non sia troppo centrata negli USA e hanno argomentato del perché non dovrebbe esserlo. Il Software Libero è costituito da una vera comunità mondiale di pensatori, collaboratori e innovatori. In questa conversazione, Deb Nicholson e Hong Phuc Dang hanno dato uno sguardo allo stato generale della politica del Software Libero e hanno parlato del perché non dovrebbe essere centrato su nessun paese in particolare, specialmente sugli USA.</p>

<h2>REUSE - rendere semplice l'applicazione delle licenze sia per le persone che per le macchine</h2>
<p>Oltre agli interventi alla devroom sulle questioni legali e di policy, il nostro responsabile del programma Max Mehl ha tenuto un intervento su "REUSE - Pratiche ottimali per dichiarare il copyright e le licenze" alla devroom OpenChain. Con tre semplici passaggi, REUSE rende semplice sia per le persone che per le macchine aggiungere e leggere le informazioni sulle licenze e sul copyright. Questa presentazione ha spiegato le pratiche ottimali di REUSE e ha mostrato come rendere chiaro e semplice l'applicazione delle licenze.</p>
