De Europese Unie staat op het punt om in de komende maanden haar criteria met betrekking tot ecologisch ontwerp voor producten opnieuw te definiëren in verschillende wetgevingsvoorstellen. De Europese Commissie heeft al een voorstel gepubliceerd voor het "Initiatief voor duurzame producten" en de "Richtlijn inzake

het mondig maken van consumenten voor de groene transitie". Nu is het tijd voor het Europees Parlement en de Raad om te beginnen met lezen en tot een conclusie te komen. Wij hebben een open brief geschreven om hen te helpen de dingen op een juiste manier aan te pakken en de Europese Week voor Afvalvermindering (EWWR) te gebruiken om onze stem te laten horen!
