<p>Die FSFE ist eine gemeinnützige Organisation mit dem Ziel Anwendern die Kontrolle über Technologie zu ermöglichen.

Zusammen mit unserer Community sind wir eine europäische Bewegung, die unsere digitale Gesellschaft auf Freiheit für Benutzer und Software aufbaut. Dabei erhalten wir soviel Unterstützung von kreativen und motivierten Personen, dass wir es leider nie schaffen werden alle im Detail aufzuzählen. Trotzdem möchten wir einige Unterstützer/innen vorstellen, die uns durch tatkräftige Hilfe dahin gebracht haben, wo wir heute sind.</p>

<p>Dazu hat die FSFE in den letzten Monaten an der Testimonials-Seite gearbeitet. In einem der ersten Beiträge stellen wir unsere Supporterin und Privatsphäreexpertin "Cryptie" aus Frankreich vor. Sie nutzt Freie Software seit 15 Jahren und unterstützt die FSFE schon sechs Jahre lang. <h2 id="the-legal-licensing-workshop-2019">Der Legal Licensing Workshop 2019</h2>
|
||||
<p>Ein großer Teilaspekt beim Einsatz Freier Software führt durch den Paragrafendschungel. Einer unserer wichtigen Bausteine zum Verständnis der Rechtslage zu Freier Software ist der Legal Licensing Workshop. Diesen organisieren wir als geschlossene Veranstaltung einmal pro Jahr für Mitglieder des FSFE Legal Network. Jedes Jahr nehmen viele Rechtsanwälte aus Europa und der Welt am Workshop teil, diskutieren Best Practices und Lizenzthemen rund um Freie Software. Die dreitägige Veranstaltung im informativen und vertraulichen Rahmen bringt die Teilnehmer auf den neusten Stand der Entwicklungen unter anderem zu den Themen Lizenzkonformität, Patente, Projektsteuerung oder Unternehmensverantwortung.</p>

<p>Die Teilnahme am Free Software Legal and Licensing Workshop bietet neben dem Austausch zu aktuellen Themen auch die Gelegenheit zum gemeinsamen Kennenlernen. Diese Punkte in Kombination fördern bessere Lizenzkonformität durch die Verbreitung von Best Practices.</p>

Die Assembly wird Teil des <a href="https://signup.c3assemblies.de/assembly/c1831305-457e-4199-9070-38e2ac9234de">about:freedom</a> Cluster sein, das die Schwerpunkte digitale (Menschen)Rechte, Informationsfreiheit und die Verbreitung Freier Software hat. Das Cluster ist ein Zusammenschluss verschiedener Organisationen aus der ganzen Welt, die sich für Freie Software und die Verteidigung der digitalen Rechte einsetzen. Dazu gibt es vor Ort Workshops und Infomaterial. Falls du beim Camp bist, schau doch vorbei!</li>

Más abajo, puedes conocer los próximos eventos que vamos a hospedar, así como aquellos en los que vamos a participar, y también puedes ver algunos ejemplos visuales de cómo y dónde hemos estado promocionando y extendiendo el uso del Software Libre, a lo largo de Europa.</p>

<h2 id="the-testimonials">Los Testimonios</h2>

||||
<p>La FSFE es una organización no gubernamental (ONG) dedicada a empoderar a los usuarios para que sean capaces de controlar la tecnología. Junto a nuestra comunidad, formamos un movimiento a lo largo de Europa, para construir nuestras sociedades digitales entorno a la libertad de los usuarios y del software. Aunque no tenemos espacio suficiente para poner en valor a todas las mentes creativas y motivadas personas que nos han ayudado a hacer crecer nuestro movimiento y dar vida a nuestra misión, sí nos gustaría destacar, al menos, a algunos de los más distinguidos miembros de nuestra comunidad, quienes, de una u otra manera, han dado forma a la FSFE y nos han ayudado a ser quienes somos hoy en día.</p>

<h2 id="the-legal-licensing-workshop-2019">Taller de Licenciamiento Legal 2019</h2>
|
||||
<p>Un aspecto importante en el uso y despliegue del Software Libre es el relativo a las frecuentemente confusas telarañas legislativas. Una de nuestras grandes iniciativas para mejorar el entendimiento de los aspectos legales relacionados con el Software Libre, es el Taller de Licenciamiento Legal, una conferencia cerrada que organizamos anualmente para los miembros de la Red Legal de la FSFE. Cada año, varios abogados procedentes de Europa, y el resto del mundo, asisten a esta conferencia para intercambiar conocimientos, ofrecer muestras de buenas prácticas y debatir sobre las incidencias relacionadas con el licenciamiento del Software Libre. En estos tres días de charlas, en un contexto informal y confidencial, el Taller avanza en el conocimiento sobre diversas materias, que abarcan desde la adecuación a las licencias, a la gestión de patentes; desde la dirección de proyectos a la responsabilidad corporativa.</p>

<p>La participación en el Taller de Licenciamiento Legal de Software Libre ofrece a los profesionales del derecho, no solo la oportunidad de compartir conocimiento actualizado sobre los temas que competen a su trabajo, sino también la oportunidad de contactar y conocer a otros profesionales. Estos dos aspectos, combinados, promueven una mejora de la adecuación a las licencias, al difundir las buenas prácticas. Las conferencias también ofrecen un foro de comunicación a diferentes profesionales, para favorecer el buen entendimiento entre ellos y reducir así las fricciones dentro del sector.</p>

<h2 id="the-testimonials">Les Témoignages</h2>

||||
<p>FSFE est une association à but non lucratif ayant pour but de permettre aux utilisateurs de contrôler la technologie. Avec notre communauté, nous formons un mouvement a travers l'Europe afin de construire nos sociétés numériques sur la base de la liberté des utilisateurs et des logiciels. Bien qu'il n'y ait pas assez de place pour mettre en avant tous les esprits créatifs et les personnes motivées qui ont aidé à la croissance de notre mouvement et qui ont vécu notre mission, nous souhaitons malgré tout mettre en avant certains de nos estimés membres qui ont, d'une façon ou d'une autre, façonné l'image de les FSFE et qui nous ont continuellement aidé à devenir ce que nous sommes aujourd'hui.</p>

<p>Le mois dernier, la FSFE a travaillé sur une page de Témoignages. Cette page appartient à une séries d'entretiens avec des partisans de la FSFE et des amis qui souhaitaient partager leur enthousiasme à appartenir à un groupe de personnes et de volontaires si variées qui façonnent la communauté FSFE à travers l'Europe tout en réalisant <a href="/about/mission">notre mission</a>. Une des premières entrées provient de notre supportrice Française et experte en confidentialité, Cryptie, qui utilise du Logiciel Libre depuis 15 ans, et qui est une membre active de la communauté FSFE depuis les 6 dernières années. <h2 id="the-legal-licensing-workshop-2019">L'Atelier Licence et Législation 2019</h2>
|
||||
<p>Un aspect important de l'usage et de la distribution de Logiciel Libre passe par les réseaux souvent déroutants de la législation. Une de nos principales initiatives pour améliorer la compréhension des questions légales liées au Logiciel Libre et l'Atelier Licence et Législation, une conférence fermée que nous organisons annuellement pour les membres du Réseau Légal de la FSFE. Tous les ans, de nombreux avocats de par l'Europe et de par le monde participent à cette conférence pour échanger leurs connaissances, présenter les meilleures pratiques et discuter des questions liées à la licence du Logiciel Libre. Avec jusqu'à trois jours d'échanges dans une atmosphère informelle et confidentielle, l'Atelier fait progresser l'état de l'art sur des sujets allant de la conformité de licence à la gestion de brevets, de la gouvernance de projet à la responsabilité des entreprises.</p>
|

<p>La participation à l'Atelier Licence et Législation apporte aux professionnels juridiques non seulement la possibilité de partager et actualiser leurs connaissances sur les sujets sur lesquels ils travaillent, mais aussi une chance de se rencontrer et de faire connaissance. Ces deux aspects combinés, favorisent une meilleure conformité de licence par la distribution des meilleures pratiques. La conférence offre de plus un forum afin que différents professionnels du secteur puissent mieux se comprendre, réduisant ainsi la friction générale liée à ce secteur.</p>
|

L'assemblée fera partie de <a href="https://signup.c3assemblies.de/assembly/c1831305-457e-4199-9070-38e2ac9234de">about:freedom</a>, un groupe mettant l'accent sur la politique des droits numériques (humains), la liberté d'information et la défense du Logiciel Libre. Il s'agit de l'union d'organisations diverses et variées venant du monde entier, faisant la promotion du Logiciel Libre et défendant et augmentant les droits numériques. Verder kunt u de komende evenementen waaraan we deelnemen en die we organiseren ontdekken, evenals enkele visuele details bekijken over hoe en waar we in staat waren om het gebruik van Vrije Software in Europa te promoten en uit te breiden.</p>

<h2 id="the-testimonials">De testimonials</h2>
|
||||
<p>FSFE is een goed doel zonder winstoogmerk met als doel gebruikers in staat te stellen technologie te controleren. Samen met onze gemeenschap vormen we een beweging door Europa heen om onze digitale samenlevingen te bouwen op de vrijheid van gebruikers en software. Hoewel er nooit genoeg ruimte zal zijn om aandacht te besteden aan alle creatieve geesten en gemotiveerde mensen die geholpen hebben bij het groeien van onze beweging en het dichterbij brengen van onze missie, zouden we tenminste enkele leden van de gemeenschap die we heel erg waarderen en op de een of andere manier FSFE's profiel hebben gevormd en ons voortdurend hebben geholpen om te worden wat we vandaag zijn uit willen lichten.</p>
|

<p>In de afgelopen maand heeft de FSFE gewerkt aan de testimonials-pagina. Deze pagina maakt deel uit van een serie interviews met FSFE-supporters en vrienden die hun enthousiasme voor het deel uitmaken van zo'n diverse groep mensen wilden delen en vrijwilligers die de FSFE-gemeenschap door heel Europa heen vormgeven terwijl ze <a href="/about/mission">onze missie</a> bereiken. Een van onze eerste bijdragen is van onze Franse supporter en privacy-expert Cryptie, die 15 jaar Vrije Software gebruikt en 6 jaar actief deel uitmaakt van de FSFE-gemeenschap. <h2 id="the-legal-licensing-workshop-2019">De juridische licentiewerkgroep 2019</h2>
|
||||
<p>Een belangrijk aspect van het gebruik en het beschikbaar komen van Vrije Software zijn de vaak verwarrende webben wetgeving. Een van onze grote initiatieven is het verbeteren van het begrip van juridische Vrije Software-aangelegenheden op de Juridische en Licentiewerkgroep, een besloten conferentie die we jaarlijks organiseren voor de leden van FSFE's juridische netwerk. Ieder jaar nemen veel juristen uit heel Europa en van over de hele wereld deel aan deze conferentie om kennis te delen, beste praktijken te presenteren en te discussiëren over zaken rond Vrije Software-licenties. Met tot drie dagen aan lezingen in een informele en vertrouwelijke afmosfeer bevordert de werkgroep de stand van de kennis over onderwerpen varierend van licentie-compliance tot patentmanagement en van project-governance tot bedrijfsverantwoordelijkheid.</p>
|

<p>Deelname aan de Juridische en Licentiewerkgroep biedt juridische professionals niet alleen de mogelijkeid om kennis en nieuws over de onderwerpen waar zij aan werken te delen maar ook een kans om elkaar te ontmoeten en kennis met elkaar te maken. Deze twee aspecten laten in combinatie een betere licentie-compliance groeien omdat de deelnemers beste praktijken worden verspreid verspreiden. De conferentie biedt ook een forum voor verschillende professionals om elkaar beter te leren kennen, waarmee de totale hoeveelheid onenigheid in de sector kleiner wordt.</p>

<p>Zoals elke maand proberen we de boodschap te verspreiden door individuen en organisaties te helpen begrijpen wat Vrije Software is en hoe Vrije Software bijdraagt aan vrijheid, transparantie en zelfbeschikking. Als u interesse hebt om ons in actie te zien en deel wilt nemen aan ons doel, hou dan de komende maanden de volgende data en locaties in de gaten:</p>

<h2 id="what-have-we-done-inside-and-outside-the-fsfe">Wat hebben we gedaan? Binnen en buiten de FSFE</h2>

<p>Sinds de vorige nieuwsbrief zijn we erg actief geweest met het promoten van Vrije Software door individuen en organisaties te helpen bij het beter begrijpen van wat Vrije Software is en het aan te moedigen om het te ontwikkelen en in hun levens in te voeren. We willen met u hieronder de evenementen delen waarvan we foto's en video's hebben:</p>

<li>FSFE's beleidsmanager Alexander Sander hield een lezing en nam deel aan een paneldiscussie over Vrije Software op de Kerkdagen van 19 tot 23 juni in Dortmund. U kunt door middel van het <a href="https://www.evangelisch.de/blogs/kirchentag-2019/156935/21-06-2019">volledige rapport</a> meer te weten komen over het evenement en de lezingen. Tijdens deze dagen hield Alex ook twee werkgroepen voor beginners over hoe Open Streetmap te gebruiken en Wikipedia te gebruiken en te bewerken.</li>

<li>FSFE-langetermijnvrijwilliger Reinhard Müller hield op 6 juli op <a href="https://www.tuebix.org/">Tübix</a> in Tübingen (Duitsland) een presentatie over de ontwikkeling van web-applicaties die hij succesvol gebruikte voor de ontwikkeling van het nieuwe <a href="https://my.fsfe.org">online FSFE-gemeenschapsportaal</a>.</li>
